Adult bookstores and theaters — See Ch. 71.
All establishments within the Township of Haddon in which movies or films or shows of any kind are shown or staged on an individual booth-by-booth basis shall be subject to the following:
A. 
In the construction of all walls and partitions in all rooms or booths, material of not less than one-hour fire-resistant time shall be used.
B. 
All aisles within such establishments shall not be less than 50 inches in width.
C. 
The light level in such establishments shall not be less than 10 footcandles at floor level.
D. 
In every room of such establishment, there shall be not less than two lighted exits within the constant and unobstructed view of the occupants, which exits shall lead directly to the outside of such building.
The provisions contained herein shall be in addition to and not in place of all existing fire, building, maintenance and safety rules, regulations and ordinances of the Township of Haddon.

Any person, corporation, partnership or other entity showing movies or films or exhibiting shows of any kind on an individual booth-by-booth basis in violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a fine not to exceed $1,000 or be imprisoned in the county jail for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both, for each offense, in the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation exists or occurs shall be a separate and distinct offense, punishable under the provisions of this chapter.
