The position of Zoning Officer of the Borough
of Haledon is hereby created.
The duties of the Zoning Officer shall be to
make the appropriate inspections for the purpose of enforcing the
zoning ordinances of the Borough of Haledon.
The salary of the Zoning Officer shall be as
provided, from time to time, in the annual salary ordinance.
The Zoning Officer shall be appointed by the
Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Council, for a term of one
year and until a successor shall have been appointed and qualified.
