The position of Municipal Treasurer of the Borough
of Haledon is hereby created.
The Municipal Treasurer shall perform such duties
as are provided by law and are as assigned from time to time by the
Mayor and Council.
The term of office of Municipal Treasurer shall
be for one year, commencing on the first day of January. Said appointment
shall be made by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council,
and the salary of the Municipal Treasurer shall be as fixed, from
time to time, by the annual salary ordinance.
