The position of Recycling Enforcer is hereby
established.
The Recycling Enforcer shall be appointed by
the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Borough Council and shall
be an appointment for one year.
The duties of the Recycling Enforcer shall be to enforce the provision of Chapter 298 of the Code of the Borough of Haledon, pursuant to §§ 298-10 and 298-13 of the Code of the Borough of Haledon. The Recycling Enforcer may issue notices of violation and summons to persons and/or entities which violate the provisions of Chapter 298 of the Code of the Borough of Haledon.
The salary of the Recycling Enforcer shall be
as provided in the salary ordinance.
