Games of chance, as defined in the Bingo Licensing Law (N.J.S.A. 5:8-24
et seq.), in the Raffles Licensing Law (N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq.) and in Chapter
47 of Title 13 of the New Jersey Administrative Code, may hereafter be conducted
in the Borough of Haledon on Sunday by any person holding a valid license
to do so duly issued by the Borough of Haledon pursuant to and in compliance
with said statutes and code.
