Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule V (§ 205-25), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided herein.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-105 and other applicable sections, the intersections described in Schedule VIII (§ 205-28), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are designated as intersections controlled by traffic signals. Traffic signals shall be installed as provided.

The traffic regulations of the Borough of Haledon
shall be applied to that portion of the Passaic County Manchester
Regional High School grounds that is located within the Borough of
Haledon, and, in particular, it will be unlawful for any person to
violate any of the provisions enumerated below.
A.
In accordance with the provisions of this section,
it shall be unlawful for any person to do any of the following on
the portion of the grounds of Passaic County Manchester Regional High
School located within the Borough of Haledon:
(1)
The speed limit for vehicles on the property of Passaic
County Manchester Regional High School grounds shall be 15 miles per
hour.
(2)
No person shall park a vehicle at any time along either
side of any roadway or driveway within the grounds of the Passaic
County Manchester Regional High School.
(3)
No person shall park a vehicle in the designated parking
areas other than a person driving a vehicle properly authorized by
the administration of the Passaic County Manchester Regional High
School and identified as an authorized vehicle. A "designated parking
area" is one so identified by the administration of the school, and
persons authorized to park in such areas must park within the white
lines provided.
(4)
The intersection of the Brown Avenue driveway and
the Church Street driveway is hereby designated as a yield intersection.
A yield sign shall be installed on the Church Street Driveway.
(5)
It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle
to make a right turn from the Church Street driveway into the Brown
Avenue driveway.
(6)
It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle
to make a left turn from the Brown Avenue driveway into the Church
Street driveway.

A.
No person shall make a left turn between 7:00 a.m.
and 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at any of the locations

B.
Any person violating this section shall be fined $60,
plus court costs, plus an ATS surcharge of $1.

No person shall turn a vehicle to make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations designated in Schedule XI (§ 205-28.3) whenever an official sign is present prohibiting such a turn on the red signal.
The intersection of Grove Street and Avenue
B is hereby designated as a yield intersection. A yield sign shall
be installed on Avenue B.

The speed limit for vehicular traffic on all streets in the
Borough of Haledon shall be 25 miles per hour.

Trucks over four tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets described in Schedule VII (§ 205-27), except for the pickup and delivery of materials and the construction, installation, operation, and/or maintenance of public utilities, said Schedule VII (§ 205-27) being attached to and made part of this chapter.
