Unless another penalty is expressly provided by the New Jersey Statutes, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of Articles I through III or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not less than $60 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both, unless another period is specified in the New Jersey Statutes or another section of this Chapter 205.
