Borough of Haledon, NJ Article VIA Traffic Control Signals [1]

§ 205-20.1 Signals to be installed at designated intersections.

A. A traffic control signal shall be installed and operated at the following intersections:

Intersection

Haledon Avenue and Belmont Avenue

Haledon Avenue and Church Street

B. The traffic signal installation shall be in accordance with the provisions of an act concerning motor vehicle and traffic regulations, Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised. Statutes, and shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by the Department of Transportation.

C. This section shall take effect upon approval of the Commissioner of Transportation, as provided by law.
