The Borough Engineer shall inspect the licensed premises in order to
determine whether operations are being conducted in accordance with the application,
terms and provisions of this chapter. These inspections may be conducted monthly
or as frequently as necessary as determined by the Borough Engineer. The Borough
Engineer shall submit written reports of all inspections to the Borough Council.
The Borough Engineer will also investigate any and all alleged violations
and issue notices of violation and/or summons as is warranted, except as otherwise
provided. The Borough Engineer is further designated as the enforcing officer
of this chapter and shall investigate any and all alleged violations, except
as otherwise provided.
