If any person shall unlawfully remove from the premises of the owner or possessor thereof any wagon, carriage, or other vehicle, or any other article of property either public or private, or shall unlawfully overturn, break, destroy, deface, or injure any public or private property, or shall either by day or night collect together at the corners of the streets or on the sidewalks or public grounds and obstruct free passage along the same, or be guilty of drunkenness or use any rude or indecent language or gesture in the presence or hearing of others, or make any false alarms of fire, or go about from door to door, or place himself/herself in the streets to beg or gather alms, or consume alcoholic beverages while under the age of 21 years, or harass any person or persons, or engage in disorderly conduct, then and in every such case every person so offending shall upon conviction thereof be punished as established in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III.

A. 
The Mayor and Council hereby determines that the bears have been attracted to private and public property in the Borough as the result of persons providing edible materials or causing edible materials to be available to bears causing concern about the safety of persons, especially children, and property.
B. 
No person shall feed, give, place, expose, deposit, distribute or scatter any material or materials or attractant with the intention of feeding, attracting or enticing a bear, nor shall any person store pet food, garbage or other bear attractants or permit any other bear attractant that may be present on any premises that may or will result in bear feedings when bears are known to frequent the area.
C. 
Violation of the provision of this section shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article Ill of the Code of the Borough of Hamburg.
D. 
The terms of this section are deemed severable. In the event any provision herein is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
E. 
This section shall take effect upon passage and final publication as provided by law.

A. 
No person shall hunt, trap or take wildlife or attempt to hunt, trap or take wildlife on certain premises known and designated as Block No. 7, Lot 29.01, on the Tax Map of the Borough of Hamburg.
B. 
Any person who violates the provisions of Subsection A above shall be deemed a trespasser and subject to the fines and penalties provided in N.J.S.A. 23:7-1 et seq.
C. 
Notice shall be conspicuously posted with intervisible signs displayed not fewer than 10 to a mile along the exterior boundaries and at all roads, trails and rights-of-way entering subject lands. The said notice shall be in accordance with N.J.S.A. 23:7-7.
