This district is established to meet the public purpose goals for municipal governmental facilities to serve the needs of Hamilton Township residents.
The following uses are permitted uses in the GA-MG District:
A. 
Municipal buildings containing:
(1) 
Office space and support facilities for municipal employees and elected officials.
(2) 
Public meeting space.
(3) 
Municipal Court.
(4) 
Municipal police offices and support facilities.
B. 
Municipal senior citizens center.
C. 
Municipal recreation building.
D. 
Municipal emergency services buildings.
E. 
Existing privately owned property may be developed subject to the R-22 District area and bulk requirements.

F. 
Accessory uses required to support the principal use.
Area and bulk requirements shall be as follows:
A. 
Building height. Maximum height: 2 1/2 stories per 35 feet.
B. 
Lot requirements.
(1) 
Minimum lot area: eight acres.
(2) 
Minimum lot width: 300 feet.
(3) 
Maximum coverage by buildings: 30%.
(4) 
Total coverage by impermeable surfaces: 65%.
C. 
Minimum yard requirements. (NOTE: The same for accessory uses.).
(1) 
Front yard setback: 40 feet.
(2) 
Side yard setback (each): 10 feet.
(3) 
Rear yard setback: 50 feet.
(4) 
Distance between buildings: 35 feet.
D. 
Minimum open landscaped area: 30%.
A. 
Off-street parking requirements. The vehicle parking, handicapped parking and bicycle rack requirements for commercial districts (§ 203-60A, B, C and E) shall apply.
B. 
Loading. A minimum of one loading space (14 feet wide by 35 feet long) shall be provided per building.
The landscape standards for the NC District in § 203-61 et seq. shall apply.

All lighting shall conform to the requirements as set forth within § 203-167B.
The sign standards for the NC District in § 203-144 shall apply.
The fence standards of § 203-64 shall apply.
