No motorboat shall be used or operated upon waters within or bounding the Township of Hamilton at such speed or in such manner as to endanger the lives of the occupants or other boats upon said waters.
No motorboat shall be used or operated upon waters within or bounding the Township of Hamilton at such speed or in such manner as to endanger the property, bulkheads or improved riparian rights of any person, persons or corporations, be the same owners or tenants, being seized, possessed of or enjoying frontage on any body of water in the Township of Hamilton on which a motorboat shall or may be operated.
No motorboat shall be used or operated upon waters within or bounding the Township of Hamilton unless equipped with a proper and standard muffler used in operation of the engine on said boat so as to reasonably soften noises caused by the exhaust of said engine.
No person shall throw, deposit or otherwise place upon the land adjacent to, in or upon the waters within the Township of Hamilton any garbage, debris, rubbish, oil, acids or other refuse material.[1]

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $200 or imprisonment, in such place as the law may provide, for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
