A municipal parking lot shall be established in the following portion of what is known as the "Cove Area": Beginning in the west line of Park Road at the southeast corner of Lot No. 1 on Map of Code Tract of Lake Lenape Land Company, made by James A. Best, P.E. & Surveyor, January 3, 1952, filed; and extends thence north along the west line of Park Road 55 feet to the beginning point of the area hereby designated as the parking area on the bathing beach on Park Road; and thence extends west, by a line deflecting three degrees north from a line at right angles to Park Road, 310 feet to a point; north, parallel with Park Road, 167.56 feet to a point; east, parallel with the first course hereof, 310 feet to the west line of Park Road; south, along the west line of Park Road, 200 feet to the beginning.[1]

All parking facilities shall be turned in to the Township of Hamilton.
