Township of Hamilton, NJ Article XI Stopping or Standing Along Third Street and Route 50

[Adopted 3-2-1992 by Ord. No. 1107-92]

§ 301-29 Stopping or standing prohibited.

A "No Stopping or Standing" zone shall be established along Third Street in the area of the intersection of Third Street and Route 50, as follows:

Name of Street	Side	Location
Third Street	North	For a distance of 70 feet east of the easterly curbline of Route 50
Third Street	South	For a distance of 80 feet west of the westerly curbline of Route 50

§ 301-30 Effectuating establishment of zones.

Upon proper adoption of this article, the Township Clerk shall direct a copy of the final adopted ordinance to the appropriate agency and/or department of the municipal government of the Township of Hamilton to take such action as is necessary and reasonable to effectuate the establishment of these no stopping and standing zones.
