Editor's Note: This ordinance supersedes former Ch. 13, Community
Development Revenue Sharing, adopted 6-28-1990 by Ord. No. 24-90.
The agreement entitled "Agreement Between the County of Morris and Certain
Municipalities Located Therein Establishing a Cooperative Means of Conducting
Certain Community Development Activities," a copy of which is on file in the
Township Clerk's office, shall be executed by the Mayor and Township
Clerk in accordance with provisions of the law.
The cooperation agreement referenced in § 13-1 shall be for fiscal years 1994, 1995 and 1996.
