Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 100, Games
of Chance, derived from Section 5-12 of the 1972 Revised General Ordinances,
as amended through 10-1-1998.
Application shall be made for a license to conduct games of chance in
accordance with the Bingo Licensing Law (N.J.S.A. 5:8-24 et seq.) and the
Raffles Licensing Law (N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq.) and applicable provisions
of the New Jersey Administrative Code.
The authority to approve the granting of bingo and raffle licenses is
delegated to the Municipal Clerk.
It shall be legal to conduct games of chance on Sundays within the Township
of Hardyston.
