A. 
N.J.S.A. 40:8A-1 et seq., the Interlocal Services Act, authorizes any local unit to enter into a contract with another local unit for the joint provision within their several jurisdictions of any services which any party to the agreement is empowered to render within its own jurisdiction; and
B. 
The Borough of Millstone has requested the Township of Hillsborough to provide health services for the Borough of Millstone; and
C. 
The Township of Hillsborough is agreeable to provide such health services in accordance with the terms and conditions of a certain Agreement to be executed which is herein incorporated by reference and which is available for public inspection at the office of the Municipal Clerk, 555 Amwell Road, Neshanic, New Jersey.
The Township of Hillsborough, through its appropriate governmental officials, is hereby authorized to enter into and execute an agreement between the Borough of Millstone and the Township of Hillsborough pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:8A-1 et seq. wherein the Township of Hillsborough shall provide health services in the Borough of Millstone.
A contract will be executed between the Township of Hillsborough and the Borough of Millstone for the provision of the services outlined in § 66-2, a copy of which contract will be available for public inspection at the Hillsborough Municipal Building, Township Clerk's office, 555 Amwell Road, Neshanic, New Jersey.

A. 
N.J.S.A. 40:8A-1 et seq., the Interlocal Services Act, authorizes any local unit to enter into a contract with another local unit for the joint provision within their several jurisdictions of any services which any party to the agreement is empowered to render within its own jurisdiction.
B. 
The Somerset County Chiefs of Police Association has prepared this intermunicipal agreement for mutual police and fire aid believing that it is in the best interests of participating Somerset County municipalities and further extends and, broadens the ability of municipalities to render assistance to one another pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:14-156.
C. 
The Township of Hillsborough is agreeable to becoming a participating municipality and entering into the intermunicipal agreement for mutual police and fire aid in accordance with the terms and conditions of that agreement which is herein incorporated by reference and which is available for public inspection at the office of the Municipal Clerk, 555 Amwell Road, Neshanic, New Jersey.
The Township of Hillsborough, through its appropriate governmental officials, is hereby authorized to enter into and execute the intermunicipal agreement for mutual police and fire aid with any other Somerset County participating municipality pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:8A-1 et seq. wherein the Township of Hillsborough, through its Chief of Police, shall be authorized to provide police and fire assistance to participating municipalities in accordance with the terms and conditions of the intermunicipal agreement for mutual police and fire aid.
Contracts will be executed between the Township of Hillsborough and any other Somerset County municipality participating in this agreement which has also adopted an ordinance authorizing execution of this agreement.
A copy of this municipal aid agreement will be available for public inspection at the Hillsborough Municipal Building, Township Clerk's Office, 555 Amwell Road, Neshanic, New Jersey.
