It shall be legal to conduct games of chance, commonly known as "bingo" or "raffles," as defined by the Bingo and Raffles licensing laws[1] of 1954, on Sunday within the Township of Independence.

The fees to the Township for all licenses for games of chance shall be $10. This shall be in addition to the fees set by and payable to the State of New Jersey.
