There is hereby created the position of Municipal
Court Attendant for the Township of Little Egg Harbor.[1]
A.
The duties of the Municipal Court Attendant position
shall be those set forth by the New Jersey Department of Personnel
under examples of work pursuant to job specification 02524, incorporated
herein by reference.
B.
The qualifications for the position of Municipal Court
Attendant shall also be those as set forth in the Department of Personnel
Job Specification 02524 under the heading requirements, incorporated
herein by reference, including license, knowledge and ability.
The salary for Municipal Court Attendant shall
be determined from time to time by the governing body and shall be
paid in accordance with the provisions of the Salary Ordinance of
the Township of Little Egg Harbor.
