There is hereby created the position of Violations
Clerk for the Township of Little Egg Harbor.
A.
Under the direction of the Municipal Court Administrator,
the Violations Clerk has the charge of and performs the most difficult
and responsible work involved in collecting fees for traffic violations
in the Little Egg Harbor Township Municipal Court. The Violations
Clerk shall also perform other related work as required.
B.
In order to be appointed to the position of Violations
Clerk, an individual shall possess the following:
