The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule X (§ 323-42), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated. All regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect this one-way street designation as authorized by the Department of Transportation.
