The Township Committee does hereby designate that no-passing zones shall be established and maintained upon the roads described in Schedule XI (§ 323-43), attached to and made a part of this chapter. Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect such no-passing zones as authorized by the Department of Transportation.
