At the organization meeting each year, the members of the Council shall assemble at a site to be determined by the members of the Township Council and organize and elect one of their members as Mayor and one as Deputy Mayor. The Clerk will note each member's preferences and calculate pursuant to Robert's Rules of Order preferential voting standards, announcing each step to the public as votes are redistributed based on preference.
