Township of Livingston, NJ Article III Limiting Use of Streets to Certain Vehicles

§ 29-5 Certain trucks exempt from provisions.

Nothing within this article shall be construed as preventing such trucks from making deliveries of merchandise or other property along streets from which such trucks are excluded or as excluding from any street in the Township any trucks used by public utility companies in connection with the construction, installation, operation or maintenance of public utility facilities.

§ 29-6 Trucks over certain weights excluded from certain streets.

A. Trucks over four tons excluded from certain streets. Trucks over four tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from the following designated streets or portions of streets:

	Passaic Avenue	Entire length
	Shrewsbury Drive	Entire length
	Walnut Street	From South Orange Avenue to State Highway Route No. 10
	West Harrison Place	Entire length
	West Oakwood Avenue	From Canoe Brook Bridge to the easterly terminus of West Oakwood Avenue

B. Trucks over 10 tons excluded from certain streets. Trucks over 10 tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from the following designated streets or portions of street:
