the 1979 Revised General Ordinances]
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to store gasoline, diesel fuel or other combustible or
flammable liquid in any container exceeding five gallons in size,
whether above or below ground, or within or without any building in
any residence district of the Township.
This prohibition shall not apply to any person,
firm or corporation duly licensed to store and/or dispense the aforesaid
gasoline, diesel fuel or other combustible or flammable liquid pursuant
to any other ordinance or regulation of the Township; neither shall
this article prohibit the storage and use of fuel oil used in connection
with oil-burning equipment.
