A. 
No person shall utter loud and offensive or profane or indecent language in any public street or other public place, public conveyance or place to which the public is invited.
B. 
No person shall, in any place, public or private:
(1) 
Address or make audible and offensive remarks to or concerning any passing person; or
(2) 
Obstruct, molest or interfere with any person lawfully therein.
No person shall create a disturbance or breach of the peace on any private property and refuse to desist or to leave when requested so to do by the owner or person in possession of or in charge of such private property.
No person shall, by noise or disorderly conduct, disturb or interfere with the quiet or good order of any congregation or assembly met for religious worship or any meeting for political, social or other purpose of any kind whatsoever, or any school, society or association when in session.
No person shall interfere with, deface or mutilate any fire alarm box or fire alarm system or any part thereof or of any of the property appertaining to or belonging to the Fire Department or of any apparatus connected therewith; or shall knowingly give, send or cause to he given or sent a false fire alarm.
Except as permitted by statute, no person shall:
A. 
Play for money or other valuable thing at cards, dice or other game or with any slot machine or any other instrument, engine, apparatus or device.
B. 
Deal, play or engage in faro, roulette or other game of chance, or buy or sell what is commonly known as a "pool," or any interest or share in any such pool, or to make or take what is commonly known as a "book," upon the running, pacing or trotting of any horse or other animal, or upon any game, race or contest, or to conduct the practices commonly known as "bookmaking" or "pool selling," or to have in his possession any ticket, slip, or other writing or printing of an interest or share, or showing or undertaking an interest, share, bettor pledge in any pool, lottery, race, contest, or other game of chance.
C. 
Have or keep in his place of business or other premises any slot machine or device in the nature of a slot machine which may be used for the playing for money or other valuable things.
D. 
Keep or attend a place to which persons resort for engaging in any of the foregoing acts, or for betting upon the event of any race or contest, or for gambling in any form.
E. 
Aid, abet, assist, or participate in any of the matters or things forbidden in the foregoing subsections.
No person shall:
A. 
By word, act, sign or any device, invite or solicit unlawful sexual intercourse or any other unlawful, indecent or lewd act.
B. 
Commit or offer or agree to commit a lewd act or an act of prostitution or moral perversion.
C. 
Secure or offer another for the purpose of committing a lewd act or an act of prostitution or moral perversion.
D. 
Knowingly transport any person to any place for the purpose of committing a lewd act or an act of prostitution or moral perversion.
E. 
Knowingly receive, or offer or agree to receive, any person into any place or building for the purpose of performing a lewd act, or an act of prostitution or moral perversion, or knowingly permit any person to remain in any place or building for any such purpose.
F. 
Director offer to direct any person to any place or building for the purpose of committing a lewd act or act of prostitution or moral perversion.
G. 
Make a meretricious display in or near any public place, any place frequented by the public, or any place open to the public view.
H. 
Publicly expose his person or make any indecent gestures.
I. 
Appear in public or in any public place in the dress of the opposite sex for the purpose of committing or performing a lewd or indecent act or act of moral perversion.
J. 
Trespass upon any private property not his own or not lawfully in his possession, and pry into the privacy or security of any person being in a dwelling located on said private property by peeping or by any other sly or furtive method of spying upon, watching or keeping under observation the people occupying said dwelling.
K. 
Aid, abet, allow, counsel, permit or participate in the commission of any of the acts prohibited in Subsections A through J above.
A. 
No person shall injure or destroy or assist in the injury or destruction of any public property in the Township.
B. 
No person shall break or cause to be broken any streetlamp used for public lighting.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided herein, any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500, or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

No person, having reasonable ground to believe that he is being arrested by a police officer, shall resist arrest, whether by the use of force or a weapon, regardless of whether there is a legal basis for the arrest.
No person shall interfere with, obstruct or hinder any police officer in the performance of his duty as such officer in making, or attempting to make, an arrest of another person.
No person, after having been arrested by a police officer and while in the custody or control of any police officer, shall escape or attempt to escape from such custody or control.
No person shall aid or assist any other person, arrested by and in the custody or control of any police officer, to escape or to attempt to escape from such custody or control, although no escape be actually made.
No person, knowingly and willfully, shall give false information or cause false information to be given to any law enforcement officer or agency with respect to the commission of any criminal or quasi-criminal offense or with respect to any person charged with the commission of any criminal or quasi-criminal offense.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided herein, any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500, or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
