Fees for sketch plats and minor subdivisions shall be as set forth in § 27-24 hereof.

Fees for preliminary and final subdivisions shall be as set forth in § 27-24 hereof.

Fees for industrial subdivisions shall be as set forth in § 27-24 hereof.

A.
In the event that an application includes a request
for more than one type of relief, the fees applicable to each type
of relief shall be separately charged and collected, and separate
application forms shall be submitted, even though the applicant may
be applying to only one municipal board.
B.
Escrow funds and the amount of funds to be placed in escrow shall be in accordance with § 27-24 hereof.
C.
Tax Map amendment fees. Each applicant and/or developer
for any approval which results in the creation of any new lots shall
be responsible for paying all reasonable charges incurred by the Township
Engineer in amending the Tax Map.
