If any article, section, subsection, sentence,
clause or phrase of this chapter is for any reason held to be unconstitutional
or invalid, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions
of this chapter.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances of Mansfield
Township heretofore adopted which are inconsistent with any of the
terms and provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent
of such inconsistency.
Any person who shall violate this chapter shall,
upon conviction thereof, pay a fine not exceeding $200 for each day
of violation or be imprisoned in the county jail for a term not exceeding
90 days, or both, for each offense.
This chapter shall take effect upon publication
after final passage as provided by law.
