There shall be not more than four plenary retail
consumption licenses issued and outstanding in the Township of Mansfield
at the same time.
All resolutions or parts of resolutions and
all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with this article
be and the same are hereby repealed, and this article shall take effect
immediately upon final passage and publication as provided by law.
