A. 
No more than four dogs of licensing age shall be kept, maintained or harbored at one time for any length of time in any residential housing unit, or on its grounds, or in any industrial or business establishment, or on its grounds.
B. 
The owning, possession or harboring of more than four dogs at the time of the adoption of this section shall become illegal within four months from the final passage of this section.
A. 
It shall be unlawful to own, harbor or keep in custody any dog which disturbs the peace by barking, howling or making other loud noises to the annoyance and discomfort of any person in the City of Margate City. Continuous barking, howling or making of other loud noises by a dog for more than one hour or continuous barking for a period of less than one hour but more than 1/2 hour, which periods occur on two or more consecutive days shall be deemed to be disturbance of the peace and cause of annoyance and discomfort to the persons of Margate City.
B. 
The penalty for violation of this section shall be in the amount of $100.
