The Captain of each company in the Department
shall make a report once each month to the Board of Fire Officers
in accordance with such rules and regulations as may be established
by said Board.
If the Captain of any company neglects or refuses
to make the report as required by § 25 -23, the Board of
Fire Officers shall take appropriate actions against such delinquent
Captain in accordance with the rules and regulations of said Board.
