Editor's Note: Former Art. III, Auxiliary Police Organization/OEM,
adopted 5-22-2002 by Ord. No. 8-02, was repealed 11-5-2009 by Ord.
No. 22-09. This ordinance also provided that, effective 12-31-2009,
"all previous appointments of persons to the position of auxiliary
police are hereby revoked."
