The Department of Public Works[1] shall notify the residents of the Township either by newspaper
advertising, individual mailings or personal delivery, as needed,
of the assigned day for collection. Said notice shall indicate the
assigned day or days for collection in each collection district, as
determined by the Director of Public Works.
