It shall be and it is hereby made unlawful to
and all persons are hereby prohibited from riding any bicycle, tricycle
or other similar vehicle in, on or over any of the sidewalks of the
improved highways, streets or avenues in the Township of Moorestown,
in the County of Burlington and State of New Jersey; provided, however,
that this article shall not apply to children under 12 years of age.

Each and every person or persons violating this
article or any section hereof shall, on conviction thereof, be punished
by a fine not exceeding the sum of $5 for each and every offense,
to be imposed in the discretion of the Judge hearing the matter.
