A. 
A map showing the location of all buildings, parking areas and roadways contained within the confines of the Korvettes Parking Lot (now known as K-Mart Parking Lot), a copy of which map is annexed hereto and incorporated by reference as a part hereof, will be placed on file in the office of the Township Clerk of the Township of Moorestown for inspection and examination by members of the general public.
B. 
A stop sign shall be erected in North Drive at the location indicated upon the aforesaid map, which location is hereby designated as a stop intersection.
C. 
Do Not Enter signs and Keep Right signs shall be erected at each intersection of an entrance drive with another drive, at locations indicated upon the aforesaid map; said intersections are:
(1) 
South Drive entrance at West Drive.
(2) 
Drive "A" entrance at South Drive.
(3) 
Drive "B" entrance at South Drive.
D. 
The segment of North Drive beginning at its southerly terminus at its intersection with Central Drive, and running 95 feet northerly therefrom (measured along the center line of said segment) is hereby designated a one-way street, in the direction indicated upon the aforesaid map.
E. 
No person shall park on any part of North Drive, Central Drive, South Drive, West Drive, Drive "A" or Drive "B" at any time, as shown on said map, except that authorized delivery vehicles may temporarily park or stand for delivery purposes only, on parts of North Drive immediately adjacent to delivery entrance and exits of existing commercial establishments.
F. 
As required by law, appropriate curb markings and No Parking signs shall be painted or installed, as the case may be, to give due notice of the parking prohibitions and limitations set forth in Subsection E above.
G. 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by the New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplemental thereto shall be liable to a penalty of $30.

A map showing the location of all buildings, parking areas, driveways and roadways contained within the confines of the Moorestown Commons Shopping Center has been placed on file in the office of the Township Clerk of the Township of Moorestown and will be kept and maintained there for inspection and examination by members of the public during usual Township office hours. Said map is hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in this section. Said map and its content, including all abbreviations and codes shown thereon, shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the current State of New Jersey Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (as referred to in N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27), a copy of which shall be kept on file in the office of the Township Clerk for public inspection.
B. 
Regulations.
(1) 
General parking.
(a) 
All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided.
(b) 
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by the other parking restrictions.

(2) 
Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide as shown on the attached site plan[2] and signed with the R7-8 and R7-8P (reserved parking sign and penalty plate) in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permit by the Division of Motor Vehicles.

(3) 
Through streets and stop intersections.

Through streets. The following streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street except where yield signs are provided for in the designation.

(5) 
Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owners or operators expense.
(6) 
Loading zone(s). The locations described are hereby designated as loading zones. No person shall park a vehicle in said location during the times indicated other than for the loading or unloading of goods and materials.

All signs, posts or other necessary materials be installed and paid for by the applicant. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183:27.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by the New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplemental thereto shall be liable to a penalty of $30.

Said map is hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in this ordinance. Said map and its content, including all abbreviations and codes shown thereon, shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the current State of New Jersey Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (as referred to in N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27), a copy of which shall be kept on file in the office of the Township Clerk for public inspection. A copy of said map is annexed hereto; because of the scale and the extent of the detail shown on the map, it is recognized that newspaper publication of the map is impractical and will therefore not occur.
B. 
Nixon Drive, as shown on said map, is hereby designated as a through street.
C. 
No person shall park a vehicle in any area except:
(1) 
Where a parking stall is provided.
(2) 
Between the painted lines of such stall.
D. 
The stop intersections are only those shown on said map.
E. 
The handicapped parking regulations are only those shown on said map.
F. 
The lane use regulations are only those shown on said map.
G. 
All other traffic regulations are those shown on said map.
H. 
Speed limit observance.
(1) 
The following motor vehicle speed limit shall be observed: 25 miles per hour in both directions along the outside perimeter road shown on said map.
(2) 
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above designated speed limits authorized by the Department of Transportation.
I. 
Any vehicle parked or standing in a manner or location which interferes with, obstructs or impedes the normal flow of traffic, or blocks an entrance or exit way, loading zone, oil fill, or pedestrian walkway, or occupies a grass area, or presents in any way a safety or traffic hazard, may be removed by the township, or by Mall Management personnel expressly designated by the township, by towing the vehicle, at the owner's or operator's expense and risk, to and keeping same at an appropriate location.
J. 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by the New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplemental thereto shall be liable to a penalty of $30.
