[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Mount Holly 7-7-1980 as Sec. 3-8 of Ch. III of the Revised General Ordinances. Amendments noted where applicable.]
GENERAL REFERENCES

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
MOTORBOAT
Includes any boat or other means of locomotion on water, propelled other than by sail or muscular power.
No person shall operate any motorboat, other than by sail or muscular power, within this Township on that portion of the Mill Race to its easterly junction with Rancocas Creek, thence up Rancocas Creek to the boundary line between Mount Holly and Eastampton Townships.
No person shall operate any motorboat on any of the other waters within the limits of this Township at such a speed or in such a manner as to cause excessive wash or so as to cause injury to the banks of the stream or to piers, wharves, canoes and other property or persons on or in the waters.

Any person in violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment for a term of not more than 90 days, or both.
