GENERAL REFERENCES
Subdivision of land — See Ch. 495.

The presently existing Planning Commission of the Borough of Bridgeport is hereby abolished as of this date.
There is hereby created and established, as of this date, a Planning Committee which will consist of five members, all of whom shall be appointed to said committee by the Borough Council of the Borough of Bridgeport.

The powers and duties of said Planning Committee shall be such as are in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act of July 31, 1968, P.L. 805, No. 247, as amended.[1]
