Editor's Note: Former § 89-7, Retirement age; exception
of Chief, as amended, was repealed 7-23-2013 by Ord. No. 2013-006,
approved 7-23-2013.
The retirement date for the Chief of Police
of the Borough of Bridgeport shall be on December 31 of the year in
which the Chief of Police attains the age of 60 years.
The effective date of this article shall be
December 31, 1974.
