It shall be unlawful for the owner or person
in custody or control of any dog to allow such dog to run at large
upon the public streets of this municipality or upon the property
of others. Any dog beyond the boundaries of its owner's property or
the property of the person in custody or control of said dog must
be under positive control by leash.
This article may be enforced by any police officer
of the Borough, the Health Officer of the Borough and/or by a duly
appointed Animal Control Officer.

Any person who shall be convicted of a violation
of any of the provisions of this article before any Magisterial District
Judge shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 and costs
of prosecution or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not
to exceed 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. The continuation
of such violation for each successive day shall constitute a separate
offense, and the person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation
of the violation may be punished as provided above for such separate
offense.
