It is unlawful for any person to use, ride,
propel or otherwise operate a skateboard on the public streets, alleys
and sidewalks within the Borough of Bridgeport.
Any person violating this article shall be guilty
of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not less than $15 nor more than $300, plus costs of prosecution.
