[Adopted 8-1-1898 by Ord. No. 1 (Ch. 39,
Art. I, of the 1974 Code)]
The seal of the Borough of Totowa shall be a
circular die with the legend inscribed within the rim, "The Borough
of Totowa, New Jersey," and in the middle of said die the word and
date, "Incorporated 1898."

The emblem represented below is hereby adopted
as the emblem of the Borough of Totowa, New Jersey. The official colors
of such emblem shall be as displayed on the official flag of the Borough,
as maintained in the office of the Borough Clerk.
