The Borough Council of the Borough of Matamoras
is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the Regionalization
Agreement between the Borough of Matamoras and the Township of Westfall,
a copy of which is attached hereto.[1] The specific terms, conditions, and provisions of the
Regionalization Agreement are made a part hereof.
