The Borough Council of the Borough of Matamoras
is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver an agreement
for the purpose of Multi-Municipal Comprehensive Planning between
the Borough of Matamoras and Westfall Township, a copy of which is
attached hereto.[1] The specific terms, conditions, and provisions of the
Multi-Municipal Comprehensive Agreement are made a part hereof.
