The Health Officer of the Township of Bernards
shall, in addition to his other duties, enforce and administer the
provisions of this code and, in exercising his powers and duties hereunder,
shall be known as the "Director of Air Pollution Control." The Director
may appoint or designate other employees or officers of the Board
of Health of the Township of Bernards to perform duties necessary
for the enforcement of this code.
