The Motor Carrier Safety Act of 1963, Act 181
of 1963, MCLA §§ 480.11 through 480.22, is hereby
adopted by reference as an ordinance of the Village of New Haven.
Copies of said act are available at the office
of the Village Clerk for the purpose of examination by any person
desiring to examine same.

Any violation of this chapter and the act which it adopts is punishable as a municipal civil infraction, as set forth in Chapter 59, Municipal Civil Infractions, of the Code of the Village of New Haven
