There shall be a 3-member Board of Health elected
on a rotating basis of 1 member each year for a 3-year term. The Board
of Health's duties and authority shall include, but shall not be limited
to, those specified in M.G.L. ch. 21A, § 13 and ch. 111,
§§ 26-32.
