No person shall store or place or permit to be placed on premises which
he owns, leases or occupies any debris, junk, scrap metals or other waste
materials or products which in the opinion of the Board of Selectmen shall
be considered detrimental of the public safety, health and good, unless the
same shall be within a building or area unexposed to the view of the public
and abutters.
