The Board of Selectmen may establish a recycling program for the purpose
of recycling any type of solid waste, including, but not limited to, leaves,
newspaper, glossy paper, quality paper, glass, metals, used motor oil, refundable
deposit bottles and cans, automobile batteries and other hazardous waste materials,
in accordance with rules and regulations as the Selectmen may make from time
to time.
Any enforcement of this program will be subject to approval at a further
Town Meeting.
