Water derived from sources within the Town shall not be sold, supplied
or delivered by pipes, mains or otherwise to any point beyond the limits of
the Town except by specific approval given by the Selectmen for the purpose
of meeting an emergency situation or for other good reason as determined by
the Selectmen.
