Each transporter/carrier of infectious waste licensed in the Commonwealth
of Massachusetts collecting/transporting infectious waste in the Town of Franklin
shall register and obtain a permit from the Franklin Board of Health. The
permit fee is $50, and the permit shall be renewable on the anniversary date
of issuance each year.
